July 2016 – Sandra Yeaman

From adventure to mission. July 31, 2016. February 12, 2017. I am in awe. I want to give this book more than five stars, but I don’t want to have to recalibrate my other reviews. Five stars mean I love it, and I loved. Is the first of Stephen King’s book I have read. After having seen several movies based on his books, I had concluded I wouldn’t enjoy his books. Horror stories just aren’t my thing. Thankfully, I recently read his book, On Writing: A Memoir of the Craft. Readers Write-Making Ends Meet.

Penny Lane's Thoughts. A little bit of me. July 13, 2016. The exhaustion overwhelms me. The search, never ending. Once, you were at my fingertips, but slipped away. I found you in a smile, or so I thought. My illusions tease me. The image like waves on asphalt in summer. Your voice whispers in the shadows, waking me from slumber. The breeze will carry a scent of you that I pursue. The touch, I miss the most. July 12, 2016. July 12, 2016. But look at the surprise this little beauty had for her this year!

I have 2 reasons why I did this. #1. I live in Texas. Explanation enough? I had tried the rinse in-rinse out temporary colors, but they do not have enough pigment to cover what I wanted to cover. The next day, Sunda...

Sidetracked as a profession. February 19, 2016. February 23, 2016. This was written yesterday essentially, but I didn’t have time to tidy it up or post it. I am currently sitting at the Gold Coast airport, surveying with no shortage of intrigue, the plethora of interesting characters that lurk around airports in the early morning light. By interesting characters, I mean the interesting characters that aren’t me. The guy sitting in front of me is staring at his Mac. Mac guy, we’ll call him Max, is g...
