Best pull my finger out and finish my cards now! It doesn't take much to make me happy these days! Wednesday, 26 August 2009. Well what do you think to this piece? My friend Janet ...

Wednesday, 30 March 2011. I did the Geese in strips of 4 as my paper wasn't big enough to fit 8 on for the outer ring. Here I have joined two sets of 4 to make the strip of 8 blue and yellow geese. Cooking on gas now with the outer edge on. This was much easier than I expected. I cut all the outer edges generously so that I had room to rectify any mistakes. And here we have the finished block! Stitch Perfect: Last of the quilts from Billington
http://anne-marie-stitchperfect.blogspot.com/2011/07/last-of-quilts-from-billington.html
Monday, 4 July 2011. Last of the quilts from Billington. A very green quilt although green is not christine's favorite colour. this has given us lots of laughs along the way, christine prefers to stitch in the gutter and not the ditch but as you can see it worked for her (sorry christine could'ent resist). The olive green fabric looks like velvet. Francis chose a batik for her quilt very striking in purples and pinks with a delicate pale grey border Well Done! A challenge but well worth it.
