Lime Cilantro Green Gazpacho. Written with Love by Rachel Richter on August 3, 2013. What dishes make you think of a beach side bunch? Perhaps it will be the next deliciously raw recipe I create! Makes almost 8 cups; 4 servings (refrigerate extra). 3 cups green grapes. 1/2 cup fresh cilantro. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. 1/2 cup cold water. 2 cloves of garlic. Juice of one or two limes (to taste). Put all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy. Save any extra soupin the refrigerator for another time.
