As I want the tire put back on the car so that it is operational I did not call the police immediately. Apparently this woman has never dealt with an unstable mental health person. I was in shock after talking with her. I spent 4 years as a dispatcher in a small town police force. If I had ever talked to a caller like that I would have been fired! Ed aka Skipper 12383.
