Two Callused Hands: October 2009
http://twocallusedhands.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
The future belongs to the few of us still willing to get our hands dirty. Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Ome Depot is probably my favorite place to gather materials for projects. The worst part about it is that there are employees there. You know the ones in the bright orange aprons that treat you like you are an alien from another dimension. Oh you know. Anyhow…back to Home Depot and why they should fire all their employees. I understand that there are women out there who can't use even the most basic of ...

Two Callused Hands: Labor Of
http://twocallusedhands.blogspot.com/2011/03/labor-of.html
The future belongs to the few of us still willing to get our hands dirty. Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Ven before having my first child this past August, I knew this would be the ultimate act of love. Filming some of my first contractions helps me to remember how much I went through to receive my little boy. “Labor Of” is a visual representation of love through sacrifice, pain and suffering. I now know the limits to my physical and mental strength after enduring such an intense labor. Rachel C. Wright.

I’ll be updating more! There were a few months where I couldn’t write because I was secretly pregnant and didn’t want to tell everyone on the inter-web before all my family knew! Tada, I’m pregnant! So now I’m pretty far along! Already in my 15th week of pregnancy! I can’t help it! Hormone levels are off the charts.

The future belongs to the few of us still willing to get our hands dirty. Thursday, November 5, 2009. I Think I Dropped It Somewhere. Watched this video series about the loss of religion and related to it so much. There were times that made me so sad because I knew exactly what he was talking about. I think he was more or an intense Christian believer than I was, but to a degree, we shared the same feelings. Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? I'm reading the book " Conversations with God. Rachel C. Books | Let Them Eat Cake
https://annespeelman.wordpress.com/portfolio/books
A Blog By Annebanana. Let Them Eat Cake. Church Architecture and Ornamentation. These are images of books I have made in the spring of 2008. Paper Books and Prayer Pod. The Paper Books were made using the stab binding method. The Prayer Pods, were made by folding origami paper into 24 sided polyhedrons then filling them with a thought, or worry, and then attaching them to a cord. By filling the pods you “release” your worry and continue your life with out it. A Parcel from Hungary. This Ain’t Your ...
