I've been feeling a bit off nutritionally as of late so I'm doing a reset by starting the Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse. I've not done one yet so this should be interesting especially since I'm in week 3 of my current round of P90X! Not advisable btw, we'll see how it goes, I did P90X Plyometrics yesterday and made it though, I'm taking that as a good sign. 8-10 oz of water.
