Wednesday, March 28, 2012. On Christmas Eve, we went to our church for a candlelight service. We really enjoyed that as a family. Following service, we had a quick dinner and went home to get ready for Santa. Some of the photos are a little out of sequence, but you'll find lots of smiling faces as we traveled through Christmas Eve to New Years Day. These are a couple of cute photos taken in Emmalene's room one night before bedtime. The girls were being silly and playing on the floor with one another.

M and M Duren. Friday, April 3, 2009. I swear I have spent more time in the doctors office over the last 4 months than ever. Just got back from taking Jasmin into Urgent Care. She was wheezing and coughing so bad, and just crying that she hurt. I felt awful for her. Its just a bad cold. Sweet. So tell me this, if its just a bad cold, why then did the prescriptions cost almost $100? Or I should say, why does the mask for her new inhaler cost $64 and is not covered by insurance? Thursday, June 9, 2011. Spare Room/KK's new room. Looking out of Slades new room into hallway. Slades NEW room - his mattress and bedding are on their way! Man Cave - entire bottom half is now a dark grey and the two walls that are on the south are also dark grey. Or as Brandon would say "RAIDERS colors" - we have alot of work yet to do, painting the ledge and windows white. Man cave looking up from downstairs hall. Yes Slade has his mower inside. LOL. M and M Duren. Friday, May 15, 2009. We are finally getting settled in, about time too since it's been a month! The big difference that I have noticed is Jasmin now has free reign over her closet. When left alone, she finds all sorts of things to get into. This is what happens when I tell her we are leaving, she runs upstairs to "get ready, I be right back," and appears wearing this. Apparently, Minnie Mouse ears and rain boots make the outfit! May 15, 2009 at 9:57 AM. This is just too cute!

M and M Duren. Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Tim McGraw and Lady Antebellum. On Saturday, May 22 Rose, Rowena and I went to the Rose Garden to see Tim McGraw and Lady Antebellum. It was awesome! Lady A did an amazing job and I loved every minute of their performance. It was nice seeing Tim McGraw and hearing all of his old songs. Tuesday, April 5, 2011. Madison is officially 12 years old! She asked for a "shopping" party instead of a traditional birthday at home with lots of friends. The money that would have been spent on a birthday went towards a shopping spree. So, we booked a room at the Florida Mall Hotel and her birthday wish came true. On the actual day of her birthday, we had Grandma, Grandpa and Jordan over for cake and ice cream. Madison asked for money and she received it to take on her shopping spree.

Saturday, November 26, 2011. I didn't take my camera to any Thanksgiving festivities this year! It wasn't exactly on purpose either. We were pretty busy Thanksgiving morning and I forgot it. So, you'll just have to imagine it in your mind as I describe our day. We got up and had some breakfast around 8:00 AM. Following that, we watched the Macy's Day Parade which is my favorite part! M and M Duren. Monday, May 18, 2009. We had a great weekend! Keizer Iris Festival was going on and we were able to get great seats to the parade. It was a beautiful day and Jasmin loved waving to all of the princess cars that went by. Plus, she filled up a bag with toothbrushes, candy and fliers.
