SYMPTOMS of Ovarian Cancer (often these symptoms co-exist). Frequency or urgency of urination. Unexplained changes in bowel habits. Persistent gastrointestinal problems (nausea, indigestion, constipation, diarrhea). Pelvic or abdominal swelling or pain. Unexplained weight gain, weight loss. Leg cramps or pain.
