The plan was for a 8km (5m) tempo, I’m currently doing some fitness training with the Loughrea rugby team, so I decided id head down early taking a longer route down and then finishing out the run with laps of the pitch. Unfortunately Frank had a problem with his Achilles so he backed off, and myself and Ray kept going, which was no problem for Ray, this is close to his Easy Pace!
