Soak 24 hours in water to cover. They will swell up, they are bigger than green split peas. Next day, boil in water with some Himalayan Salt (Pink) or Sea Salt. Till tender, doesnt take long. Let cool and run HALF through a blender to puree. Then add the Pureed Peas and remaining Whole Peas and Liquid. SPRING IS ALMOST HERE!

Saturday, May 26, 2012. 1 CUP Buckwheat Flour (from farm). 1 TSP Baking Powder. 2 TBL Maple Syrup (from farm). 1 Egg (from farm). 1 CUP Kefir (from farm). 2 TBL Butter (from farm). Melt butter over low heat. Mix all dry ingredients. Stir in the melted butter and wet ingredients. You can use spelt for 1/3 the flour if you want delicious. Fry them up in pan, and eat!
