Forse mi sto specializzando nel fare il pane e le pizze, panzerotti e calzoni, non so, ma vedo che con le ultime aggiustatine nelle quantità degli ingredienti , vengono sempre meglio. Me ne accorgo subito quando le tiro fuori dal forno, sono leggeri, mentre prima per quanto fossero buoni, erano più pesanti e la crosta non diventava mai morbida. A me piace croccante, ma agli altri in famiglia no. Torta di noci e nocciole.

L'unica cosa a cui tengo è chee le due colonne in sasso vengono sabbiate e stuccate, lasciate scoperte. qualcosa della vecchia stalla e fienile deve rimanerci. Metto di nuovo le foto di come era in orgine la casa e come si sta lentamente trasformando. La stanza nuov è quella sopra il garage. Una delle colonne in sasso da tenere scoperto.
