Israel-Gaza conflict on ice. On Wednesday 21st November 2012 the Egyptians assisted in reaching a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas which came into force at 9:00 PM. Although a ceasefire was reached, rocket fire from the Gaza strip continued for several hours afterwards. However, since last Wednesday, military engagement has been comparatively minimal.
