No conflict – every single community in the world would face conflict at a stage and the communities in this category is good at resolving conflict before it develops. Latent conflict – A conflict below the surface and not brought into the open. Addressing the situation would require the conflict above the surface. (i guess this could be a kind of emotional conflict).

The team have a great assemblage of pieces, I think it is time to start bringing them together so we can see it living and breathing as a whole.
