http://hayleysrunningblog.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Starting a New Lifestyle as a Runner - who knew? Saturday, May 17, 2008. Even if you don't read my lengthy 'Reasons I Run' blog post, you should know that there are two additional posts (new posts) below that one. Please scroll down to read 'Freedom and a 5K' and 'Summertime Running and a Training Plan'. I would just rearrange them, but Blogger won't let me do this. Hope you enjoy these 3 new posts and are motivated to go for a run afterwards! I run for me. I run for perspective. I run for my loved ones.

Goal 26.2: November 2007
http://goal26-2.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
I always loved running. it was something you could do by yourself, and under your own power. You could go in any direction, fast or slow as you wanted, fighting the wind if you felt like it, seeking out new sights just on the strength of your feet and the courage of your lungs." -Jesse Owens. Monday, November 26, 2007. Okay, so I've been wanting to ask what helps you all to be motivated when it is cold and dark out? Next time I know, sign up for a non-winter marathon. Haha! Friday, November 23, 2007.

Starting a New Lifestyle as a Runner - who knew??: Freedom and a 5K
http://hayleysrunningblog.blogspot.com/2008/05/freedom-and-5k.html
Starting a New Lifestyle as a Runner - who knew? Saturday, May 17, 2008. Freedom and a 5K. A few days after the OKC Memorial Races, my Marathon Training Class had its last meeting (on Thursday May 1st). We didn’t have a formal speaker, so we simply reflected on the OKC races, discussed what we learned and shared stories of how we did. Not everyone had run in one of the OKC races, but most of us had. Some people even set PRs! How adorable is that? Has anyone else experienced this? I will be reading lots o...

Starting a New Lifestyle as a Runner - who knew??: My First Medal for an Athletic Accomplishment!
http://hayleysrunningblog.blogspot.com/2008/05/my-first-medal-for-athletic.html
Starting a New Lifestyle as a Runner - who knew? Sunday, May 11, 2008. My First Medal for an Athletic Accomplishment! Oh yeah, and by this time I’d ripped off and thrown out the too-tight trash bag. (That was the beauty of the trash bag, the ability to just throw it away. This way none of us needed to worry about checking any gear.). All in all it was an excellent race and a wonderful experience for me. And what makes it even better is that this is only the beginning. I hope you have as much fun at all o...

Starting a New Lifestyle as a Runner - who knew??: March 2008
http://hayleysrunningblog.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Starting a New Lifestyle as a Runner - who knew? Saturday, March 29, 2008. Running Some New Routes. I’m sorry I haven’t posted anything in so long – school has been really hectic. I have been getting in some runs, though. The next two runs were on March 8th and March 11th, and they were each 2 mile loops around my condo complex. I thought of Andria and Peanut when I rounded the corner of the farthest building and all of a sudden there was an unleashed dog right there! Monday, March 3, 2008. Andria, I tho...

Monday, October 27, 2008. Small bit of catch up. Sorry for the no-contact for 6 months! Yay for being in New England in the fall! Yay for being closer to most of the family! Yay for gorgeous areas to run in! Then af...
