Friday, September 9, 2011. These projects were made for the papercraft weekend challenge blog. Technique Tuesday was all about heat embossing. I made 3 projects. The Just a note card was made using a versamark on a flower border stamp then I filled in the leaves with a light green viva pen and the flower centers with a red viva pen. The challange was to use a frame in some way on the project, I chose to make a framed gift box from the wild card cartridge. He often uses his sister as a test dummy when practicing. This does not work out for him very well because she just fishes and gives in right away (no pain tolerance). He has participated in several tournaments and received two medals so far. He wrestles in the 8 and under age bracket, 49 lbs. It was really fun to watch her excitement. Just a few tunes.

Monday, March 9, 2009. Step By Step: Scrapbook Paper Mod Podge Project. 2 boards of differing sizes (the ones below are 6.5 x 11.5 inches and 4 x 9 inches). Scrapbook Paper (cut to size of the large board). STEP ONE: Paint the smaller board completely and paint only the edges of the larger board. Allow to dry.
