Santa Barbara Urban Creeks Council. Jump to main navigation and login. UCC conducts yearly organized clean-ups of as many major creeks as possible, usually in the Fall, just before the rainy season. The work is fun and rewarding and can turn into a social gathering. We need volunteers to help organize such events as well as taking part in the cleanup.
