http://simplysarah-sarahc.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 11, 2012. Does that title make you curious? We get asked ALL the time."going to try for a boy? The answer is still emphatically the same - NO! Unless God places a boy in our path we feel our family is very. Complete. We are quite content with our little girls; however, we got a glimpse of what a Condron boy might. One word. Scissors. Yes I cried. The other side looks the same. Apparently this girl took - the 80's are back - a little too seriously. A mullet? That is a very small positive,...

Saturday, October 20, 2012. Have you ever heard of the Rust-O-Leum Cabinet Transformations? They also make a countertop version. One of the last things "oak" to go in our house was in the laundry room. Here is what it looked like when we moved in:. Mid-Summer progress.laundry day. In general, the state of this room 90% of the time! I wanted some more detail on the flat cabinet so I got a sheet of beadboard at Lowes.they even cut it to the exact size right in the store! The Rust-O-Leum kit worked great!

Monday, October 21, 2013. It has been SIX long months since I've blogged. Boo. I was doing so good about posting once a month and due to several factors I got very. This beauty was built in the early 1900's and is very big for an older home. The sunroom on the end is a favorite of mine! The layout is awesome. All the bedrooms are upstairs, and it even has a separate stairway that used to be the "maids quarters".now insert a maid and I would totally move in! Can't you just picture back in the day? Those d...

Monday, March 9, 2015. The Flip Part #2. Continuation on flip house. I just realized I never put up the finale pictures from the foreclosure/flip house. We sold this beauty in June of 2014 and while a ton of work and a lot of "we'll never do this agains," we did learn a lot! If you want to see part 1 click here. I've mixed in some before/after shots, those are my favorites! Not much changed on the outside! Some yard work, power washing, and painted doors. Separate staircase to master. We are undertaking ...

Simply Sarah: January 2013
http://simplysarah-sarahc.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 31, 2013. For M's third birthday we got her a little table/chair set for her bedroom. She has a cute little "cove" that needed something cute in it. While we were on summer vacation the week before her birthday I stopped at an antique store when I saw this cute little set sitting out front:. The table cloth still needs to be sewn (I will be visiting my momma for that). ;) This is the look:. I can't decide whether or not to add the green fringe piece:. What do you think? Pie Birds, Butto...

Simply Sarah: September 2012
http://simplysarah-sarahc.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 18, 2012. Mmmmmm.goat cheese. We like cheese in general. My dear (ironically, slightly lactose intolerant) hubs will drool as we stroll the cheese isle at Costco. I've been known to sneak a block or two back on the shelf! Whenever we are eating out and he sees goat cheese as a listed ingredient he lets out a big "Mmmmm". He hearts cheese. I've been trying a few new recipes this week and last nights was a score so I thought I'd share it. 4 TBS olive oil. 3 onions, chopped. I inevitably ...

Behold, children are a gift of the LORD, The fruit of the womb is a reward. This is my page dedicated to the crazy things my children do, the sweet things they may say, and the ways they remind me that they truly are gifts from God! August 31, 2010. It is the night before Olivia turns 5 and we do our traditional "at this time 5 years ago." trip down memory lane. What in the world was there to stress about! He pops up pretty quick and says "are you sure".am I sure? Mom's little helper :). Sept 20th , 2010.

Simply Sarah: February 2013
http://simplysarah-sarahc.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 19, 2013. I've always cherished first birthdays. They are such a big celebration to me as SO much change happens in just one short year. You go from carrying life to a toddling walker in just twelve short months. We had just moved into our first house when C turned one:. Then there was O:. And our last "first" birthday (sniff):. It really hit me hard with A turning one, especially since just awhile ago we didn't even know if we were having a boy or girl? We threw a gender reveal party.
