Prior to using TacoPan. See photo album. For pics of the cooking process. Add 3 tablespoons oil in center of TacoPan and turn on heat source to medium-medium high. C anola, corn and vegetable oils all make great tacos. Hot oil cooking temperatures vary. Do not exceed hot oil boiling point. Never leave hot oil unattended. Dale’s hamburger and bean filling ingredients:. 1 lb ground beef. 1 can beans (kidney, chili, pinto etc.). First, prepare taco condiments (see below). Brown hamburger in fry pan. Drain excess oil. Drain beans. Add beans. Mash beans. Add chili powder, pepper and salt. To moisten meat mixture, add several tablespoons of water. Simmer on low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
