They serve great food but with no frills. The atmosphere is homey and the people always make you feel welcome. This Saturday morning one of the waitresses daughter was selling Girl Scout cookies. I have come up with a delicious chocolate fix, it’s not strictly IP but it is low carb and low calorie. 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (I prefer the kind you find in the refrigerated section rather that the boxed kind). 1 pinch of Salt. 1 pinch of Xanthum Gum (for a slightly thicker feel). 1-2 teaspoons Stevia (I like the powdered Stevia with Fiber). 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla.
