IVF do you?: May 2009
http://ivfdoyou.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
IVF #1 was a success! I'm due February 11, 2009. Friday, May 29, 2009. Well, she was up a lot more than usual last night, but it was pretty easy to get her back down, so I can't complain. And she has her usual nap schedule this morning, although it was hard to get her to sleep! Plus, she ended up sleeping on her side, not sure if I like that, but her nose/mouth were totally clear to breathe. I'm sticking with it through the weekend, though! Thursday, May 28, 2009. IVF do you?: First dunk
http://ivfdoyou.blogspot.com/2009/06/first-dunk.html
IVF #1 was a success! I'm due February 11, 2009. Monday, June 1, 2009. Mark took Miss P to the pool on Friday. He blew in her face to get her to hold her breath, and then DUNK! I took the video, but I am not used to doing it and didn't get her reaction. Wups- cute anyway. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). When will she be here? Ready to be parents. IVF do you?: August 2008
http://ivfdoyou.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
IVF #1 was a success! I'm due February 11, 2009. Friday, August 29, 2008. If we had stayed in CA, I would have got 18 weeks off total, with 12 weeks at 66%. And Mark would have had 2 weeks full pay and probably 4 weeks unpaid for FMLA. But we probably would have paid about $10k more for IVF, so I guess it works out. Now that I'm in my second tri, I'm still surprised at how un-pregnant I feel. I'm not showing much, don't feel the baby, haven't done much of anything to prepare for the baby. Feb see...Also,...

IVF do you?: April 2009
http://ivfdoyou.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
IVF #1 was a success! I'm due February 11, 2009. Wednesday, April 22, 2009. I swear Petra is changing so quickly! When we were in OK, she slept swaddled in a crib just fine! Good girl, but as much as I wanted to push her out of her swing and get her to STTN, it makes me sad to see her grow up. I didn't sleep in the nursery last night as usual, and I missed her! There were 5 babies on our side at Mark's family reunion. It was so fun to see them all together, and I felt so happy that we have Petra. Which i...

IVF do you?: July 2008
http://ivfdoyou.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
IVF #1 was a success! I'm due February 11, 2009. Thursday, July 31, 2008. I had my first appt. at the OB's office. I'm so happy to say they were ON TIME, and I didn't feel like I was a number or being rushed through at all. I was a little worried about that, since it does seem to be a big practice. They also said my due date is 2/11/09 (instead of 2/10), but I'm not going to bother to change my ticker or anything. It isn't like babies are born on their due date anyway! Tuesday, July 29, 2008. We started our day at Dublin Castle. Here is the entry gate. Annnnd, the Castle gardens. Cool helmet things over the choir seats. The Dublin sky...

IVF do you?: That's how I roll!
http://ivfdoyou.blogspot.com/2009/05/thats-how-i-roll.html
IVF #1 was a success! I'm due February 11, 2009. Thursday, May 28, 2009. That's how I roll! Petra decided she would roll from back to tummy first, instead of the other way around. She was getting tired, so you might want to watch on mute! We visited Mark's family and friends in Indy over Memorial Day. Petra was her usual fussy self at times, but she was also really stimulated by all her new surroundings and people. I think that is one reason she started to roll. So proud of her! The Desotell Family: February 2011
http://thedesotellfamily.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
An easy way to share bits of news and information us - mainly about Nick! Thursday, February 24, 2011. So there was this football game on Feb. 6. You might have heard about it - the Super Bowl? It was a pretty big deal in the Desotell household. First of all, a number of weeks prior, we offered to host a Super Bowl party. So of course there was a lot of prep and planning that went with that. So what is a wife to say when a husband wants to go to said Super Bowl to see his team compete? Here are all the g...
