I took Friday off to do yardwork, pack and head up to Richmond to get ready for race day. Because of the yardwork, I wore some old shoes. By the time we were walking to the race expo, my left foot started aching. At about 4.5 miles, the pain got to be too much and i started walking-although walking ended up worse than running. Together Again at Richards Run 5K. Pic by Jeanne Naber. The race was advertised on the website. As expected, Laura won the Women 40-49 age group, and Mark got third in Men 40-49. All of us were happy with our race results. It was super fun to be able to do an event together for the first time since the Feed the Need 5K.
