Been having some intermittent sharp pains/ dull achiness on the right side and since I was going in for bw this morning, mentioned it to the nurse. Option 1- a perfect gestational sac shows back up on Thursday with a yolk sac and other stuff. All proceeds as we hope. I'm going to hope for Option 1 and bet on Option 3.
