It is super moist and a little sweet. Best bread i've ever made. I think the key to a good texture, is placing a pan of water in the oven while the bread is baking. 3/4 C oats (instant or old fashioned). 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast. 1 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 C lukewarm water. 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter. 1 1/2 Tablespoons honey. 8 Let cool completely.
