Adventures in responsible eating. February 1, 2011 / becca. To every thing there is a season. As I will be growing my own garden. This summer and hoping to save much of my produce for winter use, I’ve been thinking a bit about seasonal eating, and how my summer meals will be very much different from my winter ones, if I attempt to live off only organic produce that I can grow myself or buy locally. There are most definitely seasons. Where would we be without the many and varied seasons of chocolate?
