The majority of what we say to ourselves is often very negative. We catastrophise, label, judge, compare, compete, ruminate and exaggerate constantly. This constant rumination whether we are aware of it or not is exhausting, and drains a lot of our energy. This workshop is run by Vicky and Rosa from the Museum of Happiness.
