The adventures and minor accomplishments of Corey, Niki, Charlotte, and Peter. Friday, November 8, 2013. The mini Richard Simmons. Peter only goes to preschool from 9-11:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but Charlotte is gone every weekday from 7:45 to 3:25. That has been a huge shock to Peter, because now his bestest "fwend" is not always around. He has been playing a bunch with his beloved buddy, Ben, but today was a rare day that we had nothing to do and no playdates planned. What to do? I'm up so HIGH!

Corey took that honor a few years back when he used a jig saw on the face of his jack-o-lantern. It looked horrific, as one might expect. This year, I was determined to make a different type of pumpkin for myself since I knew the kids would each want a traditional one. I have zero. So I needed something a little easier.

Kyle had his 2 week checkup yesterday, and amazingly he has put on almost a pound and half in the last 9 days, to weigh in at a colossal 10lbs and 11 oz! He is outgrowing everything we have, from clothes, to swaddles, to bottles. It has been quite an adventure having a baby that weighs the same at 2 weeks as your other child did at 2 months but we're getting used to it! All things Kiki and Kyle! Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Kyle at 4 months. Ok he's going to be 5 months next week but he had his official 4 month check up this week. So at almost 5 months he weighs just under 21 pounds and is 27.5 inches tall. Still well above the 97th percentile line on the little chart! All things Kiki and Kyle! Monday, June 28, 2010. Last week we met with Kyle's neurosurgeon who scheduled a bunch of tests that he needs to have done before we can schedule his surgery. It should be sometime in August, so I will keep you updated on that. He's still not showing any signs of any problems so we're hoping that the surgery will be more preventative than anything. They have a field trip to the Wheeling Waterpark this week which will be interesting. Tuesday, June 15, 2010. The not so good news.
