S/V Rhythm: Our Fantastic Voyage! Sunday, October 28, 2012. Latitude 33.979, Marina Del Rey. Just below Latitude 34, you'll find Marina Del Rey. Marina Del Rey is home to a 'movie star' Safeway (or so the locals call it), the largest man-made marina on the west coast, the Marina Del Rey Hotel (where apparently a lot of movies are filmed, including one while we were visiting), and is close to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. The bilge pump, clogged with God knows what. Yuck. Right next door, a giant sea lion.

S/V Rhythm: Our Fantastic Voyage! Thursday, May 9, 2013. So here is a hodge podge post with tons of pictures of what we've been doing this past month. While in Banderas, in this past month we:. Hit up Sayulita and went surfing (T got up his first time, me the second, so fun! Raced in the Banderas Bay regatta on s/v Destiny. Flew back to New England to visit family - brrrr 22 degrees! While in New England spent tons of time in Boston and also spent the weekend in Burlington, VT. Learned how to play tennis!

Flotsam and Jetsam while sailing from Point A to Point B. Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Dana Point, California. Rhythm tied up in Dana Point. Dolphins in the bow wake. This little guy found his way onto. And took flight off the port side of the boat. For those of you who are interested, this little guy is a Hutton's Vireo who seemed to have a faulty GPS as we were approximately 7 miles offshore when he visited us. Turks .Shabby-chic at it's best in Dana Point. Awesome (and cheap ) eats in Laguna Beach.
