Soba Noodles with Peanut Dressing. Hello blog- it's been forever. As we are literally waiting on Baby Lane, I am attempting to get myself back cooking. Although I love Pinterest to collect recipes, hoping to keep track of what I am actually cooking. I went on a hike yesterday with my friend Pollie (an amazing and natural cook- nothing like me) and she suggested that I try to cook one of her family stand by recipes- soba noodles with peanut dressing. For Christmas this past year, I bought myself a new bicycle.and I am in love! I had forgotten how much fun riding bikes could be. If you are looking for a good way to get around town, go to the store etc.get on your two wheels! After a lot of research (I should say John's research), I decided on a local SF brand, Public Bikes. I am off to the Royal Wedding! Wish me luck in the crowds and chaos of the day. Can't wait to visit Sterling and be part of all the excitement of this event.
