I'm so excited because that brings me to 192.0, and I'm SOOOOO close to being out of the 90's! Last time I was that small was junior/senior year of highschool about 9 years ago! Hey everyone, I'm new to the community., ,. So basically, I have been overweight all my life, and I just recently moved to the sunny state of California. I'm 20, and as of when I left the 5th of July I was 230 lbs. I Don't have a scale unfortunatley, and amazingly enough, neither do any of the five girls I live with, But financially if things go well I'll be joining the gym anyway. So who knows what I am. I wanted to start posting my days meals to see where I'm fucking up. yes i swore, because yes I'm getting pissed. 2 large brown eggs - 0 carbs (my book lists them as free so I consider them to be 0). Fancy blend Mozz and Cheddar cheese - 2 servings - 2 carbs. Broccoli, 1/5 cup - 2 carbs, 1 fiber, 1 sugar - 1 net carb. Total carbs = 3. 2 cups lettuce - 5 carbs, 4 fiber - 1 net carb. Fancy blend Mozz and Cheddar cheese - 1/2 servings - .5 carbs. Marinated mushrooms - 1 carb.

Well, after just over 3 years since surgery (October 2009) and my most recent fill this past August, I'm FINALLY having consistent weight loss! I'm starting to finally feel how a bander is supposed to feel! So many people that I read about or even my mom have achieved far greater loss within a year of their banding and I was feeling really low about myself in comparison. Induction Day 1 of 14 Days. January 19th, 2012. I have been on Atkins before and started again today, January 19, 2012. Vegetable omelette which is very very easy to make. I put some oil in a pan, added chopped zucchini, then chopped tomatoes and stirred til a little soft. Added three eggs. No ketchup or salsa or hot sauce. Eaten with a cup of coffee with Stevia. I ran out of Half n Half :). Small salad with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, drizzling of cheddar cheese, and Ranch dressing (my favorite).

Is using my vanilla protein powder - adding a 1/2 of banana and table spoon of peanut butter. I'm trying to speed up my weightloss and thought about cutting out the peanut butter. I mean I understand why with artificial sweeteners ending in 'ose' as explained in my book would preventboth ketosis and weight loss, but the sugar alcohols are so blatantly approved for induction by the Atkins brand itself. 7 comments Leave a comment. So, despite the deadend state of this community I'll ask away,. Chicken, anyone, fun, flavorfull, tasty yet still healthy chicken ideas? I only have one, count them 1 way to cook delicious chicken, and that is saturated in butter at best. Pee Ess, I was active here a while ago, got really homesick and sad and fell off.
