Lately I have been playing with the impact of what I eat on how I feel – and act – and think. Truthfully, I have never been convinced that how or what or when I eat has any real impact on my moods, other that whether I am hungry or not. But this time, I started to write things down in a journal. I have to say, it was a big revel. Can I still think clearly? Am I still driven to write?

There is a house in Arnold, MO with deep purple irises and roses and pinks outside the front door and an inhabited bird’s nest in the wreath on the door.
