Friday, December 13, 2013. First snowfall of winter. The first snow of winter is always exciting for kids. We bundled them up and let them loose outside. It was little man's first trip out to play in the snow. he really enjoyed the dressing up part. But not so much the cold air outside. He wouldn't even give the snow a lick. Even when the girls were eating it up like they were starving to death. Dad makes everything better though. And here are some pictures of the girls! They didn't seem to care.

Tuesday, September 24, 2013. Let's get real. Babies are cute and fun, but taking care of one around the clock is exhausting! Shawn has never been a good sleeper. Around 3 months he started doing a little better and would give us one solid 4-6 hour stretch of sleep, but once he turned 4 months old the sleeping situation went downhill. He wouldn't sleep in his crib for more than 1-2 hours without waking up. We tried it all! But now, at 7 months old, we are all finally getting some sleep! Yer a wizard, Harry.

Cale did NOT know what to think of his cupcakes. this boy doesn't much like his hands getting too dirty- but he definitely got into once he realized how yummy frosting can be! I'd say they were a hit based on how much frosting made it all over his face! And then came presents. He was a BIG fan of those! Then after playing with daddy. And getting hugs and kisses. And trying out all of his new toys.
