There are two Sherman tanks stranded on the shallow western side of Saipan at Invasion beach. These photos are of the most southerly one, near Susupe, about 150 meters from the shore. They are quite easily accessible, being able to walk out most of the way to them at low tide. They are now home to a variety of sea life.
