No kom fort on M Hatch 2626. February 23, 2011 at 10:54 am · Filed under Uncategorized. EVERY time I am on board a MAS flight, I cringe when I hear the announcements made by the leading stewards and stewardesses. I hope they will take steps to ensure that they pronounce their words correctly, in particular the name of the flight. Another word they often bungle is comfort , which is correctly pronounced as come furt, NOT kom fort (as in computer ). I would encourage MAS to correct these minor infractions.

February 16, 2011 at 2:03 am · Filed under Uncategorized. Obviously, it was littered with grammatical errors. It is a shame that such signs are placed in a tourist attraction area. I believe the Alor Star City Hall and the Malaysian Tourism Board have a lot to do with regard to the use of English in public areas. FROM their advertisement board, I concluded that their standard of English definitely needs improvement. Source: http:/ thestar.com.my/english/story.asp? Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Teacher Mum | Home of the "Crumple Effect."

Home of the Crumple Effect. All At The Right Time. November 6, 2011. Haven’t seen me here for a while? I’ve been using my precious blogging time to really listen to my kids, get some extra exercise happening, paying attention to my husband, cooking some wholesome meals (okayat least I try) and I even sat on the couch and watched TV once. And I’ve loved it but I love blogging too. Yes, you can have it all, but not all at the same time. I’m going to choose what matters in time right now. October 19, 2011.

Class control is still an issue for me. But I am satisfied with how the students are able to apply the sequence connectors in their essay. At the...Class...
