Tuesday, May 19, 2009. For Mother's Day the boys took me to the beach.Orange Beach, AL to be exact. They call it the "Redneck Rivera". It wasn't that bad, the sand was nice and it wasn't that crowded. Jonathan found a broken kite which he was able to re-engineer. The kids enjoyed it and I was very surprised at how well it actually flew. We ended our trip with Bar-B-Que. We grabbed it to go and hurried home. It was a very nice weekend. Thanks, Boys. Thursday, September 23, 2010. I thought I made that up. This weekend after church, Matthew and I went to grab a bite to eat. It was just the two of us since Cameron and Jonathan were in Atlanta. Anyway, after paying for the meal I just happened to look at the receipt (something I don't normally do). I got quite a chuckle when I saw the cashier's name.Camerino! Ha I call Cameron that all the time, and I thought I had just made the name up. I guess I'm not as creative as I thought I was.

Saturday, November 13, 2010. Stars Wars was the theme for this year's costumes. The boys had the costumes for a year (a discount purchase made after the last Halloween) and I made them wait the whole year to wear them. Needless to say there was much excitement about finally being able to wear them. Wish we had gotten more pictures but the weekend was very busy. Milk Jug craft that Matthew and I made. Pumpkin Jonathan carved. I had carved one the weekend before and it didn't make it to Halloween.

Friday, September 25, 2009. Who Knew, Birmingham. Last weekend, we headed to Birmingham. Matthew had a Dr. appointment there on Monday so we decided to make a vacation out of the trip. And, we had a great time, infact. Matthew proclaimed that we no longer. Lived in Alabama, we lived in Birmingham. Hmmm. Matthew. Starting on Saturday we stopped at Desoto. Caverns. Matthew was adamant. Sunday we spend the day at the McWane. I loved this. The kids could change the car tires and muffler among other things.
