Working to get my body in a Healthy Weight Range. Thursday, September 24, 2009. Today I made myself a Turkey Sandwich with Arnold Select Sandwich Thins. I think they are pretty new, or at least this is the first I have seen them. I really really liked them! They are tasty and low in cals- 100, 1 gram of Fat, and 5 grams of Fiber. The best part is they are pretty thin, so I taste a lot of meat, and not all bread! You can see them and learn more about them- just click here. Second Goal: Lose 50 Pounds.
