Thanks to these yummy pumpkin muffins I made today! And here's the recipe too! 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup rolled oats. 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree. 1 cup white sugar. 2/3 cup vegetable oil. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup raisins (optional). 1/4 cup packed brown sugar.
