In a bowl combine the egg white, sugar and salt. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water and whisk constantly until the sugar is dissolved. As you whisk, the mixture will thicken and become very foamy (you can use your finger to feel). When you cannot feel the sugar and is warm enough. With the mixer on low speed add the butter 2 cubes at a time.

Mix in sugar to mascarpone cheese. Follow by 1 tsp vanilla extract. In a large bowl whip the heavy cream. Whip till soft peak. Fold half of the whipped cream into mascarpone mixture to lighten, then fold in the remaining whipped cream becareful not to over mix. Mix in 2 tbsp Rum into the coffee or espresso. 2 tbsp of rum.

Dear frenz pls help to click on the ads Thanks! Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Basic Chiffon Cake (基础戚风蛋糕). Ingredients: Self Raising Flour, Caster sugar, egg, tartar, Corn oil and water. Seperate egg yolk and egg white. Self raising flour, water, corn oil, 75g caster sugar and egg yolk mix well. Beat egg white till fluffy then add in 1/2 Tsp of tartar follow by add in 75g of caster sugar bit by bit (not all in 1 shot). Pour egg yolk mixture into white white and fold till mix well (take note do not over mix).

Heat up some oil and stir fry the mushroom and dried shrimps for few mins. Then pour in the sauce and stir fry for 2 mins. Add in the glutinous rice and mix till evenly brown. Pour in the 2-1/2 cup water. Cover the happycall pan cook for ard 20 mins remember to move the pan left and right to prevent it get burnt. 1 tbsp sesame oil. 1-1/2 tbsp oyster sauce. 2 tsp table sugar.

Beat egg white in another clean bowl in high speed until soft peaks. Fold in egg white into butter mixture. Pour batter into 9" or 10" sq pan. Baking in oven at 175 deg for 40 mins. Dear frenz pls help to click on the ads Thanks! Monday, March 26, 2012. Happycall - Spicy Kung Pao Chicken. Marinate chicken: Hua Tiao Chew, corn flour and sugar. 2 Tbs corn flour. Sauce: Light soya sauce, Hoisin sauce and Plum sauce. Add some oil to the pan. Add in dried chili pepper and fry till fragrance. Scope up the dry chili and add in garlic, ginger and chicken. When chicken is half cook add in dried chili and onion. Stir fry awhile then add in the sauce. Spicy Kung Pao chicken. 2 Tbsp Cooking Wine.
