Helping Children with Autism. Bankstown Community Resource Group Inc (BCRG) is a not-for-profit community organisation based in Bankstown. The organisation was established in 1984 with the aim of increasing funding for welfare services and providing improved planning, co-ordination and effectiveness in the delivery of services to the Bankstown community. We develop and implement practical capacity building programs which seek to empower families through early intervention support and community development.
