Fried vegetarian soya noodles. December 17, 2008. Every once in a while, we’ll get really tired of eating rice, rice and more rice each day so sometimes, I’d like to cook noodles for a change. Even my son loves noodles. I usually like to buy organic noodles, especially when there are so many different types of healthy, wholesome noodles to choose from. Recently, I bought a packet of soya noodles. So, I decided to give it a try in a basic and easy stir-fried noodles style. This is the soya noodles I bought.
