The Hungry Tourist Eats: June 2012
http://thehungrytouristeats.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
The Hungry Tourist Eats. June 27, 2012. I had Chicken Feet, Xiao Long Bao and Malacca Rice. The Chicken Feet was so-so amidst the craze I heard. The Xiao Long Bao was a huge disappointment. It was too huge that you couldn't stuff it in your mouth and supposedly taste the gush of liquid which is supposed to be in it. The Malacca Fried Rice was dry but spicy. The Siomai and the Siopao was so-so but not as so-so as the Chicken Feet. My friend had this and this. Ayala Terraces, Cebu. Links to this post.

The Hungry Tourist Eats: Hungry Ninja
http://thehungrytouristeats.blogspot.com/2012/10/hungry-ninja.html
The Hungry Tourist Eats. October 28, 2012. One day, even when I was full from eating at Afrique's, I still went with my classmate to eat at Hungry Ninja. I had Pork Shogun and Fried Chicken. The Pork Shogun was tender, spicy and plenty. The Fried Chicken was plenty and cheap that we had a hard time consuming it. In fact, we were not able to consume it and brought it home instead. The Hungry Tourist Eats. January 20, 2013. Expensive. Not worth it. Menu Please click images to enlarge. Open in new tabs to superenlarge. Boardwalk, Mandurriao, Iloilo City. Links to this post. Too salty for my taste but it is worth that artery-clogging craving. Menu Please click to enlarge. Open in a new tab to superenlarge. Links to this post. It seems like 2 x 5 x 3 inches, like one huge slab or chunk of the pig's belly. I would like to try the Fried Chicken or the Lechon Kawali next time.

The Hungry Tourist Eats: Siam
http://thehungrytouristeats.blogspot.com/2012/10/siam.html
The Hungry Tourist Eats. October 28, 2012. My friend have been wanting to eat here for ages. We finally made it one night. Because I am a chicken person, I ordered their Crunchy Chicken with Peanut Sauce. My other friends ordered Crispy Minced Fish with Mango Salad and Crab Fried Rice. In fairness, service was fast. Our food arrived steaming hot after 10 minutes. The Chicken was adequate in serving size. I like it with or without its peanut sauce. Good food with good company. Have you eaten here?

The Hungry Tourist Eats: February 2012
http://thehungrytouristeats.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
The Hungry Tourist Eats. February 29, 2012. I never knew Harbor City was connected with Ding Qua Qua and Dimsum Break. Anyway, I had Spicy Steamed Fried Rice and Garlic Pork, which arrived after only 2 minutes. My first taste of the Spicy Steamed Fried Rice gave me the impression that it wasn't that spicy at all. After my second bite, all the spiciness exploded and made me believe that it was indeed spicy! This coupled with it being hot (as in more than warm) made it a spicier meal! Ayala, Cebu City.

The Hungry Tourist Eats: Mhister Grill
http://thehungrytouristeats.blogspot.com/2013/01/mhister-grill.html
The Hungry Tourist Eats. January 20, 2013. I went there to eat after church one week ago. I ordered their Pork Liempo, which arrived after 14 minutes. But it didn't really bother me because I was studying. I was even surprised with the size! It seems like 2 x 5 x 3 inches, like one huge slab or chunk of the pig's belly. I would like to try the Fried Chicken or the Lechon Kawali next time. Menu Please click images to enlarge. Open in new tabs to superenlarge. E Lopez St., Jaro, Iloilo City.

The Hungry Tourist Eats: July 2013
http://thehungrytouristeats.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
The Hungry Tourist Eats. July 11, 2013. This coffee shop is one of my favorite places to study out in Iloilo. It has comfortable chairs and a setting conducive for studying. It has its own library and its own kitchen in the center of it all. When they cook, the scent of the food wafts through the place making you want to order something too. The coffee is good and the menu extensive (for a coffeshop) and not the usual. Two thumbs up for this cafe! Quezon St., Iloilo City (beside Robinson's).

The Hungry Tourist Eats: May 2012
http://thehungrytouristeats.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
The Hungry Tourist Eats. May 24, 2012. Because I was hungry, I had Fried Chicken and Pork Chop. The Fried Chicken and the Pork Chop weren't amazing and the rice is small. But these are good eats at around PhP50 each. Hurray for the students. Menu Click images to enlarge. Open in new tabs to superenlarge. E Lopez St (in front of Colegio de San Jose). The Hungry Tourist Travels: Maxima Aquafun
http://thehungrytouristtravels.blogspot.com/2011/05/maxima-aquafun.html
The Hungry Tourist Travels. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. We boarded a habal-habal to Maxima Aquafun. The trip costs PhP25 excluding a PhP10 fee for marine rehabilitation. In Maxima, there are 2 packages. The difference is the sole addition of a Canopy Walk activity. This, however, was not available on weekdays so we ended up taking the other package which costs PhP200 and includes use of life vest, tables, chairs, diving board, trampoline and giant slide, and 15min snorkeling. Island Garden City of Samal.
