Sunday, July 1, 2012. This post is longer than my others so far because. We actually have been taking more pictures! We are still so happy to be here in Fort Lauderdale! We cook at home just about every morning, noon, and night! Thankfully Ryan is an excellent chef.Jambalaya! We were able to go out on Jet-ski's for a half hour (Thank you, Groupon! We totally enjoyed it.Ryan may have fallen off once due to my driving :). However, we didn't use sunscreen (tsk, tsk, I know, Mom). And we did all the swimming!

Sunday, January 8, 2012. Welcome to the Island Odyssey! This is a test-run on posting blogs. Ryan and I are leaving for the Bahamas on the 16th of January - which is only 8 days away! We are both so excited to take this next step in our lives, on a sunshine filled island (yes, you can be jealous! Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers and we finalize the packing and storing of our belongings. We appreciate your love and support and can't wait to fill you in on the adventures we will be having!

Monday, June 4, 2012. Our March started off with a visit from two of our favorites, Amberly and Lucas! They stayed for a week with us.and were first hand witnesses to the. Craziness that we once called our roommate. :-/. The church across the street from us hosted an international food and music festival. Mom, you would have loved the Greek stand, best gyros we ever had! Of course we visited the beach with Amberly and Lucas,. Which was packed with spring breakers. And enjoy an afternoon on the beach.

Saturday, June 9, 2012. We started the month of April with a (much needed) day to the Rapids Water Park in West Palm Beach. The temperature was nice (mid 70's); however, we did experience scattered rain showers. (side note: we haven't been in Florida long.but long enough to know that you always plan on it raining) (second side note: we got a really cute umbrella! Awesome (if you were lucky enough to get a good image off of my description)! Ryan got a tattoo! Ryan captured a "Little Mermaid" photo for me!

Sunday, July 1, 2012. Ryan and I are still adjusting to and figuring out the weather here in Florida,. But true to the childhood rhyme, our April showers did bring May flowers. May started with a beautiful rose from Ryan! Another unfamiliar (and slightly terrifying) thing about Florida that we are adjusting to are the SPIDERS down here! Ryan has been getting more and more involved with A Hot Party, http:/ ahotparty.com/. I got the opportunity to attend a runway show in. We even got a free goody bag!
