The Journey of L and J. Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Before giving birth to Shepherd I decided to study for the personal trainer certification. I stop teaching aerobics in June for the obvious reason of it being my last month pregnant. I studied hard for the written exam and thankfully passed with flying colors. I took the exam one week before going to the hospital to have Shepherd. It was good timing. Keep you all posted on how the practical exam turns out. Posted by L and J.
