Wednesday, April 6, 2011. We are so excited to announce that not only will Julia be a BIG SISTER in September, she will get to have a little sister! I know from experience that little sisters are generally pretty incredible people and I am so happy for her! Okay, onto the details: The ultrasound tech was able to measure almost everything and said our baby girl is looking perfectly healthy. Praise the Lord! Saturday, April 2, 2011. It sort of breaks my heart. Speaking of birthdays, today is my Mom's!

Thursday, August 25, 2011. Another packed few weeks has passed. I can't believe August is almost over! We spent the last weeks in July with my sister Stephi and Camille who were in town from New York and on their way to their new home in Albuquerque. Aunt Jami and my Grandmother were each able to come up for a few days to see the girls, too. We had so much fun with them! Wish I had taken more pictures, but these smiles pretty much sum up the fun they had. Climb, slide, run repeat. Here is Maggie's room:.

Sunday, October 3, 2010. It's in the air. 5 weeks since I last posted! What have we been doing? She also started referring to herself as Jul-a. I'm a little scared she has dropped the adorable "Jule" for good. We're going to try to keep it going. Here are a few recent pictures of Jule and friends. She is growing up so much! Yesterday we went to the Hickory Nut Gap farm to pick a pumpkin, pet some baby animals, buy some apples, and basically kick off fall. (yay! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 2 1/2 years old.

For he who comes to God must believe that He is and that. He is a rewarder of those who seek Him." Hebrews 11:6. Tuesday, April 22, 2014. How cute are these guys? For my parents 40th Anniversary and my Mom's 60th Birthday, my parents were generous enough to take us all on a cruise! We went on a 4 night cruise to Cozumel, Mexico. It was so great to be with our family and do something so very exciting! Getting off in Cozumel. Our ship, the Paradise. Admiring the blue water. Mama lusting after boots! Waiting for our excursion!

For he who comes to God must believe that He is and that. He is a rewarder of those who seek Him." Hebrews 11:6. Thursday, December 11, 2014. It's kind of surreal, but it gives us a place to run around in the woods. We also went on a field trip to the American Village. They did a recreation of the Pilgrims coming over and meeting the Wampanoag Indian tribe. They had a replica of the original White House, the Liberty Bell, and lots of fun American History items. Upon returning from Thanksgiving you are th...

Ruth and Skip: DONE.
http://ruthsnow.blogspot.com/2013/04/done.html
Tales of rabbits, theology, community, and other silliness. Sunday, April 28, 2013. Today I officially finished. Now, I just have to wait around for the institution to hand me a piece of paper and I am headed South. Skip is gearing up for the long ride home and for 2 weeks of bunny camp with his grand-shepherds. I'm aching to be HOME in my city and with my community. If, as Bonhoeffer insists, Christ's presence does indeed transform communities. Aloof in his heaven. Context of our social existence.
