Monday, September 29, 2008. Fun Day With the Family. We decided on Saturday to take the kids for pizza and go bowling. Our kids are usually a little high strung when we take them out in public, to say the least. But we were pleasantly surprised at how well behaved they were. It was nice to go somewhere and not be embarrassed about our kids behavior! I wish it could be like that all of the time! Bowling was so funny! Her Abby did really good and I'm sad to say that I think she bowls better than I do!

Sunday, March 22, 2009. We are leaving for Florida in a matter of days! I can't wait to relax and maybe get a nap or two while on vacation. The girls are very excited! I was getting ready to read a book to the girls the other night, when Noelle started sounding out the letters to say the words. So, I had her try reading to me. And to my surprise she did really great! She loves to learn which I hope she will always be like that! Wednesday, March 11, 2009. New Niece or Nephew on the way! So Far So Good.

Wednesday, April 22, 2009. I had my gallbladder removed on April 13th. I never realized how much pain I would be in afterward. The incision where they put the scope in is the only sore one. I'm sure it's because of all of the muscle there. It's getting better. I have realized that chinese food doesn't agree with me. Neither does mexican. I hope this gets better. I'm sure it will just take time! But I'm doing so much better this week! Fun at the resort. Noelle and Abby having fun in the pool with Grandpa!

Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Maddy has been potty-training for 2 weeks now. It looks like we are all done with the diapers! And Maddy really thinks that she is a big girl now. The first week was definitely the hardest. Just had to keep the washer empty for the wet things. She can even wake up dry! So I am very thrilled about that! Our girls are getting so big! Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Today is a rainy, snowy, yucky day so I thought it would be a good day to do some fun projects with the boys. Also, I needed to distract Max from the Wii. Man that kid loves video games. Max got a book full of fun projects to do for Christmas so we tried this super flier out first. I was super sceptical that this was not going to fly. To my surprise, construction, tape and straws fly very well. Next we just added some food coloring to milk and the boys made erupting volcanoes.

We really like this museum but we especially like it when they have Blue Man Group and King Tut exhibits. The boys had lots of hands on fun making music and noise with all the tubes.
