Doodlebug Designs: Drake's Playhouse...Part 1

http://dbugdesigns.blogspot.com/2011/07/drakes-playhousepart-1.html

Friday, July 15, 2011. Drake's Playhouse.Part 1. I saw this amazing play house over at homemade By Jill. When I was pregnant and thought she did an amazing job! One day after noticing my little man being brave and going into dark rooms and tunnels by himself (just a pop up tunnel ;) ) I decided he would love a playhouse! Could I remember the amazing blog I had seen almost a year previously? A lovely trip to Hobby Lobby and at least 5 yards and 2 packages of 8 1/2 X 11" felt I came home and got to work!

http://dbugdesigns.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html

Thursday, July 21, 2011. I recently watched "The Bucket List" and began to think about all the things I wanted to do or try before dying. For now I would like to share a few of the items on my crafting bucket list. After moving I will try my best to update and achieve these things! Make a suitcase chair. Learn 3 different weaving styles for headbands. Knit something other than a scarf. Crochet something other than a coaster. Make a dress out of ties. Letter associated "I Spy" bags. http://dbugdesigns.blogspot.com/2012/06/month-has-gone-by-since-my-last-post.html

Tuesday, June 12, 2012. A month has gone by since my last post and things have been uber busy, between going back to school, softball games, and keeping up with a toddler I feel like I have no time at all! We've been using the freezer meal method for a month now and it's been great! I haven't had to cook a FULL meal in a month. I'm getting ready to do my second round of cooking. It has saved us quite a bit of money since all we go to the store for is our produce and milk. Fabric Bows and More. As I said ...

Queering My Family: July 2013

http://queeringmyfamily.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html

Saturday, July 20, 2013. This is my 100th blog post, and I wish it was going to be a little more cheery, but it's not going to be. I have experienced the death of all 4 of my grandparents, my uncle, babies I've worked with, people I've know. We've experienced infertility and being unable to get pregnant and become parents. I thought I understood grief, I guess in theory I did, but I had never experienced the all consuming, heartbreaking, grief that comes with the loss of someone very close to you. Alex w...

Queering My Family: Long Neglected

http://queeringmyfamily.blogspot.com/2014/05/long-neglected.html

Thursday, May 29, 2014. The absence of writing does not mean anything, it means that I still have nothing to say. Pouring my soul out to an online presence (one I had hoped to keep off Facebook, but has somehow made it's way onto my newsfeed) is not something I am keen to do. Update since the last:. J has successfully completed her first year of her program (of 2). She is hoping to do some work this summer (as am I! That's all for now. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Queering My Family: Keep on Keeping on

http://queeringmyfamily.blogspot.com/2013/09/keep-on-keeping-on.html

Saturday, September 7, 2013. Keep on Keeping on. This is an old post, but I really liked what I had to say in it, so I'm posting it*. It's mother's day today. While I am annoyed (and slightly disappointed) that we will spend this mother's day (and several more) just celebrating our own mothers instead of each other (due to the ever-present not-being-pregnant thing), I'm grateful that at this moment in time, I still have my mom. I know I don't walk alone in this, I've read enough blogs and had long 3am co...

Queering My Family: February 2014

http://queeringmyfamily.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html

Monday, February 3, 2014. Nothing to say. J is in full time school, it is INTENSE, but she is really enjoying it (and I am enjoying seeing her happy like this! Will it change the course of treatment? What is the value in this? How do we best manage his symptoms? What will happen if he dies at home? What will happen if we decide that he is suffering too greatly? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I believe that everything I put in my mouth must have a purpose: it must fuel me, nourish me or just taste amazing.

Queering My Family: March 2013

http://queeringmyfamily.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html

Friday, March 29, 2013. It has been wonderfully warm on the west coast. It probably won't stick around forever, but it's a quick (week-long) reminder that summer is COMING. This long weekend will see glorious weather, which is fantastic for all the Christians doing their sunrise services outside on Sunday (my parents included), where for the past dozen years it's absolutely poured rain. Thursday, March 28, 2013. I still get jumpy and twitchy and so anxious I could barf when I think about that moment (whi...

The Middle of Eleven

Sunday, September 11, 2011. We Will Never Forget–Remembering 9/11/01. Links to this post. Labels: Holidays and Birthdays. Sunday, August 28, 2011. It’s been over a month since I last posted.  Time has just flown and we are simply living our daily lives with lots of sweet moments mixed in with the every day, ordinary stuff.  Sometimes I get caught up in the ordinary and forget to enjoy the simple moments that make life extraordinary. We had a family movie night – “Bambi”…. All in all, life is good! Showed...

This is just a quick note to ponder the cost of mailing things overseas. Why, oh why, does it cost SO much? Why is it so expensive?

The middle of age

The middle of age. Anyone fortunate enough to have some length of life has known success and failure, done good things and bad, made friends and created adversaries. We should learn from this life experience. We should have stories to tell and ideas to share. These are some of mine. Sunday, July 7, 2013. Channeling my Inner Andy Rooney. Mine are. The middle of everywhere

The middle of everywhere. Saturday, August 14, 2010. I find writing to be very much a mood thing, hence the really long gaps between posts though I might look into scheduling so that I update at least once a week as this is starting to get really poor :( I have lots of great thoughts and it flits through my mind that I really must blog about them but I never get to it. Signing off now as I'm tired after a good night out and need a nap. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Permanant marker and toddlers. To put the tod...

The Middle Office | Exploring collaboration between law firms, law departments and LPOs

Exploring collaboration between law firms, law departments and LPOs. The Middle Office Has Ceased Publishing. December 23, 2009. During the summer of 2009, IPEngine shifted its strategic focus towards IP consulting. While IPEngine continues to use resources in India and in doing so acts like an LPO, the scope of IPEngine’s work is much broader than simply outsourcing. As a result, the management at IPEngine made the decision to stop publishing the Middle Office. Posted by Stephen Seckler. August 29, 2009.
