The not so fat sisters. Wednesday, January 7, 2009. We Loved this, made it with fresh, not frozen chicken because Fry's was having a killer deal this week. Has a little kick to it because of the Dijon and Cayenne. It's from a nutritionist's food network show, so it's also really healthy! Oven Fried Chicken (we really liked this). 1/2 sleeve (about 20) whole-grain salted crackers, pulsed in a food processor until fine (about 1/2 cup). 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

Broccoli and Cheese Soup. 1 onion, chopped. 2 tablespoons (ish) of minced garlic. 2 pounds of Fresh Broccoli. Bullion Cubes (enough to make 6-7 cups of water)…crush so that they dissolve easier. 6-7 cups of water. 2 cups heavy cream (can also use half and half or mild). 1 tablespoon garlic powder.

I was so proud of myself today because I made my first batch of homemade noodles for my soup and they were super easy. I don't think I will ever use store bought again for this reciepe. Here goes. . 160;chicken breasts or a whole chicken on the bone. 2 Tbl olive oil. I don't ever measure so just add more or less of everything depending on how many servings you want. . 075 ts Vanilla extract.
