Formed out of a desire to produce a product of the highest quality and unapologetic to the true flavors of the ingredients. The Pig Cave's Black Mustard is bold, spicy, and intense. While convention would say that the mustard would mask the subtle flavor of salumi, it actually intertwines with it and speaks to a time when raw cured pig ("raw" salumi) was good, and if you had a little wine to go with, heaven was touchable.
