Canadian Plein Air Painters. Get out for some 'Air'! We are a Canadian Plein Air Painter Gang located in and around Victoria and Sooke BC Canada. Depending on rain and wind, personal schedules etc., there may be one, some, a few, or many who show up. The Gang has no membership fees, and no rules. There's no 'should' or 'should not'.
