Thursday, June 2, 2011. Potato . 2 no., peeled, cubed,cooked. Brown Chana. ½ cup, soaked overnight, cooked. Capsicum green.1 no., chopped length wise, cooked. Tomato.1 no, roughly chopped. Coriander seeds.1 tsp. Fenugreek seeds.4-6 seeds. Curry leaves.1 sprig. Mustard seeds.1 tsp. In a skillet heat about 1/4 tsp oil and fry the coriander seeds, methi and red chillies till they give out aroma. Throw in the chopped tomatoes and fry for till it turns mushy. Turn off the flame. Serve it with rice or roti.
