Friday, October 12, 2012. The Homecoming Queen, Sydney asked Presley to be her flower girl. Presley wasn't sure what that meant, but now that she knows, she wants to do it again next year! Eastyn was the crown bearer. What a cutie! Sydney got them both the cutest build-a-bears. Practice started at 8:30 Friday, October 5th. We got done with practice at 11:00 but had to be back for the pep rally at 1:30. Aren't these two the cutest! I love looking at people in the stands! Presley was waving to people!

Saturday, October 5, 2013. Emma turned one on September 20th, and we had her birthday party at Nana Raine and Big Daddy's on the 21st. I just invited our family to come and celebrate with us, and we had a great day! The weather was beautiful! My dad fixed barbecue for us all, and my mom took care of just about everything! Monday, March 26, 2012. We went to the zoo last Tuesday, so I thought that it was ironic yesterday when I read about the zoo sending Mosi, the first gorilla born in the Little Rock, to Chicago. He is five, and he has been getting on his pregnant mother's nerves. I can empathize with that momma! This four-year-old has been wearing me out! I love her more than words can say. I adore her. She makes messes. Big ones, and she whines when I tell her to clean it up for the fifth time. Tuesday, March 20, 2012.

Tuesday, December 18, 2012. Some people say I am spoiling my baby because I hold her while she sleeps, but I know she's spoiling me! I wish I didn't have to go back to work! Monday, December 17, 2012. Presley told me that she drew a heart and drew me and Emma inside it because we are in her heart. Being a parent is not easy especially when you have two at home and a husband that is gone most nights. I get worn out, impatient, and grumpy but I wouldn't trade it for anything. Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Monday, April 16, 2012. Last week was a sad and crazy week. My grandfather passed away Sunday, we went to work on Monday, flew to NC Tuesday, had visitation Wednesday, the funeral was Thursday, spent some time with my family Friday, and flew home Saturday. Wednesday, June 26, 2013. Presley's First Broken Bone. Presley wanted a lime green cast to match her softball team's colors, but they didn't have it anymore. She was fine with pink of course! Having a cast didn't slow us down too much. We just didn't get to swim or ride bikes or scooters. It didn't stop us from playing in the rain.
